Monkey is trying to make a pie and needs help getting bananas, but all of the other animals are too busy until the pie is made and it's time to eat. Students will learn both homophones and homonyms throughout this silly version of "The Little Red Hen." As an extension, they could then write and illustrate creative homophone or homonym sentences/ paragraphs of their own to share with the class!
